Privacy

All information collected, including all personal information, is for internal use only. A user's information is not used or disclosed for purposes other than those set out herein, nor is the information shared with third parties, such as for the sale of mailing lists.

The security of a user's personal information is a big priority for SoberMart. SoberMart maintains reasonable safeguards and appropriate security standards to protect a user's personal information against disclosure or misuse, which include: storage on access-restricted computer files that are password protected; and restricting access to the information only to website and hosting administrators.

Returns

Downloadable items purchased through the SoberMart website are refundable. All other items purchased through the website may be returned for a refund if they are in "as new" condition, at SoberMart's discretion. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Shipping

Purchases made through the SoberMart website can only be shipped to Canada/United States. If you are interested in ordering our products in other regions, please contact us directly. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing in addition to the estimated shipping dates provided during the ordering process.

Payments/Currency

All pricing on the website is in US Dollars. After an order is created, users will be prompted to proceed to our SSL-secured payment page as provided through Moneris. An order will not be processed until payment is successfully received. If payment is not received within 14 days of the order date, the order will be cancelled. We currently only accept Visa and Mastercard through our online sales.

Taxes

For all our Canadian customers, the GST is included in the price of all products on SoberMart. Our GST number is #894557867-RT0001. Orders shipped to the U.S. are not subject to taxation.
